What happens to your information?

The form stores your name, contact and inquiry in a hosted submission inbox. A call request may also include a preferred time. Chat messages go to the configured AI service to produce replies and may enter provider logs. These are inquiries, not mailing-list signups.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, health details, insurer identifiers, payment credentials or legal case details. This site is not an emergency contact route.

This build uses operational event counts. Fonts and page assets are served locally. The proposed hosting/form service is Netlify; chat code supports Google Gemini and Anthropic. Active providers, retention, processing countries and account settings must be verified before release.

To request access, correction or deletion, email Steve. Identity, applicable obligations and provider capabilities need to be checked before completion can be confirmed.

What stays with a person?

• Prices, quotes and work commitments. Your business decides them.
• Emergency severity. The service must not judge whether a situation is safe or can wait. A sign of life-safety risk requires direction to emergency services before any permitted intake, without delaying that contact.
• Insurance coverage. The service does not decide coverage, deductibles or what someone will pay.
• Anything outside your approved knowledge. Unknown facts go to a human contact route. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect.

When does work begin?

This site does not create a contract. An inquiry confirms no booking or purchase. Any engagement needs a separately agreed written scope and terms.
