Who you are dealing with

One person,
and a short list
of promises.

Crusader Automated Systems is Steve Fehr’s company. He scopes the work, he shows you the tests, and he is the one who answers when you write in.

Narrow on purpose.

CAS does one thing: it builds and runs the system that handles the people who contact your business. You do not need to know how any of it works underneath. Tell Steve about the questions and half-finished requests your team deals with, and he will tell you whether this is a fit or not.

Early, and saying so.

CAS is at the first-Pilot stage. A demonstration shows you something real that you can try yourself. It is not a customer success story, and there are no client names, results or testimonials here because there are none to show. You should see the tests and understand the limits before you rely on anything.

What you keep.

Your domain, your data and your accounts stay in your name for the whole engagement and on the way out. The written agreement names the work, the support boundary, the account ownership and exactly what you keep at handover.
