The system, in full

One thing,
built for one business.

The CAS Customer Growth System is a written intake workflow for a single business. Your website is included in it. The parts below are the same system described in detail, not a list of things to choose between.

The intake

The part that does
the actual work.

Someone lands on your site with a question. The AI Receptionist answers it in English, in your business’s own words, from a sheet of facts you wrote and approved. When it does not know, it says so and hands the person to your team rather than inventing an answer.

When they want work done, it asks the questions you chose, writes the answers down, and sends the record to the one destination you named. Your website is included in the engagement, and if the one you have already does the job, we use it.

A requested time is not a confirmed booking. Your team makes that commitment. Try the English chat demonstration on the home page.

The optional phone line

Only if you
choose it.

Inbound English voice can be added to the written scope. It is not part of the system by default and it is not a second product or a higher tier. We agree first what it may say, what it collects and who a caller reaches when a person is needed.

It has its own tests and its own written acceptance before it is used. Hours, recording, disclosure and privacy are agreed first, and the telephony account stays in your name. An existing demonstration number does not make your line ready.

Anything that reads as fire, gas, electrical, injury, collapse or rising water is told to call emergency services first, before any question. The system never assesses safety.

Review requests

Asked for
with permission.

A consent-based review-request process forms part of the system. We agree together when a request is appropriate, who sends it and how a customer declines. Permission comes before any send, and a request has never been a promise of a review.

Monthly care

Somebody owns it
after launch.

Every month we look after the words, the facts and the answers as your business changes, plus a plain written note of what was actually done. The boundary is what CAS built. Your other tools and accounts stay with the people who already support them.

How we work

Small scope. Real tests.
Your signature before launch.

  1. You tell us how it works today.Confirm the facts, the questions, and the person who should get each request.
  2. We build it and show you the tests.Ordinary requests, missing details, and what happens when something fails.
  3. You decide when it is ready.Launch, support, account ownership and handover are agreed in writing. New work gets a new decision.

The work, the payment terms and permission to start are agreed in writing before delivery begins. CAS publishes no standard delivery time, because it has not delivered enough work to have earned one.

Where it stops

The boundary,
written down.

  • No phone answering unless you separately choose and accept it. Chat evidence is not evidence for a phone line, and we will not sell one on the other.
  • No calendar booking. A booking is a request that your team confirms.
  • No alert and no monitored queue. Records are saved and sent, then read during the hours you set.
  • No follow-up, no re-engagement, no win-back. The system does not contact your customers again on your behalf.
  • No lead generation. CAS does not find you new customers.
  • No performance report, dashboard or ROI figure. The measurement layer does not exist, so nothing about results is claimed.
  • CAS does not replace your dispatch system, your CRM or your office. Anything of that kind is a separately scoped piece of work, named vendor by vendor, and it never becomes part of this system by default.
  • No health-data compliance claim. The system never touches patient information, and clinical questions go to your team.

Prices, quotes, work commitments, emergency severity and insurance coverage are decided by people at your business, never by the system.

One step

Tell us what keeps
interrupting your day.

A sentence about how enquiries reach you today is enough. Steve reads it and replies himself.

Tell us what you need

A conversation first. No purchase or appointment is made here.
